Two Men Charged With Sexual Assault, Cranbury Teen Allegedly a Victim

The men allegedly plied two teen girls, one from Cranbury, with alcohol, then committed the sexual assaults.

 

A Princeton and a Montgomery man were arrested on Saturday afternoon after police say they served alcohol to two minor females and then sexually assaulted them at Mountain Lakes Preserve on Mountain Avenue in Princeton.  

According to Princeton Police, interviews with the victims determined that each of the victims- a 16-year-old from Princeton and a 15-year-old from Cranbury was each sexually assaulted by one of the men. The men and women were known to each other.

The alleged incidents happened between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 13. 

Brian Espina-Martinex, 21, of Jonathan Dayton Court in Princeton was charged with three counts of sexual assault, three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and one count of serving alcohol to a minor.

David Stevens-Parker, 21 of Blue Spring Road in Montgomery Township was charged with two counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault and one count of serving alcohol to a minor.

Both men are both being held on $250,000 cash bail at the Mercer County Corrections Center.
