Westerlea Arms Apartment Illegally Entered, Hightstown Man Charged

The suspect was reportedly in possession of drugs, according to police.

Hightstown police arrested a man and charged him with criminal trespass and drug possession after he illegally entered a Westerlea Arms apartment at around 11:30 p.m. on July 30. 

Police responded to the apartment after it was reported that an unidentified man was in an apartment. As police were arriving to the scene they were flagged down and informed that the man was walking towards Westerlea Avenue and Grape Run Avenue, police said. 

Police located the individual, identified as Kristopher Lautherbach, and placed him under arrest. Lautherbach, 34, is a resident of Deerfield Apartments in Hightstown, according to police. Police said that they found Lautherbach to be in the possession of marijuana and pills. He was charged with criminal trespass and drug possession.
