Three students from Kreps Middle School won certificates of recognition and gift certificates to Barnes and Noble for their submissions
Three students from Melvin H. Kreps Middle School were honored during last Tuesdays East Windsor Township Council meeting for winning the Suggestion Box contest.
Sponsored by the township Clean Communities Committee, middle school students answered the essay question “How to Increase the Amount of Recycling in Our Community?” with written suggestions between 100 and 200 words.
“We received some very thoughtful ideas from our students on this important subject,” said East Windsor Mayor Janice Mironov. “We are pleased to involve students in discussions about how to help protect and preserve our environment.”
