Going through Hightstown in High School

Learn about the life of a Hightstown High School student as he shares his stories with you and takes you inside East Windsor through the eyes of a student.

It's 11:35 at night. My homework pile is exactly where it was two hours ago.

I've got two AP exams coming up in the next week and I'm beginning to go crazy.  I feel that it's not even the workload that keeps me up at night, it's the procrastination.  I'm pretty sure that if I actually focused starting at 3 p.m., I would be done with everything by 7. But I'm in high school, so I always feel like I do my best work once the sun goes down. It's like senioritis... except two years earlier.

In terms of interests, I like doing typical high school stuff — eating, sleeping, watching TV, hanging out with my friends. On the side, I write for the Windsor Hights Herald and the Trentonian. I'm involved in numerous clubs and sports.

Anyways, in the coming posts you'll be hearing about what it's like growing up in Hightstown. I'll take you inside some of Hightstown's talent pool. If you want to hear anything from me or have any suggestions, feel free to shoot me an email.

It's now 11:58 and I should probably be getting back to writing my research paper. Wish me luck.
