Dear Charles Cohen (previous poster), you obviously have no idea about good food. It seems as though you bash everyone in area. Are you a local? Have you ever heard of supporting local business?? Anyway, my family eats at Teddy's regularly and we LOVE it. The prices are very inexpensive compared to many restaurants in the area. ( Did you know they were just voted Reader's Choice Best Burger/Restaurant on a Budget??? ) The food is great and the service is great also.
As for Teddy's son, he is so sweet to the children in town (just as his father before him) and he cares TREMENDOUSLY about his family business. I find it very hard to believe that he would have charged you for a petty cup of tea after what allegedly happened. Try going back, if you are man enough, I'd be willing to bet you'd actually ENJOY yourself.

Used to eat at this restaurant when Teddy was alive. It was a decent place, prices were a little high compared to surrounding diners, The last time I was there I ordered an omelet, got to eat half of it until I reached the long dark black hair that was cooked into my meal. I then turned my head to the left and saw a gentleman in the kitchen with the identical hair. I then complained to Teddys son, who acknowledged the hair, but told me I would not have to pay for the omelet, but I would have to pay for my cup of tea. The stupid things that owners do. It wasnt enough that my meal was ruined but now I was agravated by the greed of the owner. never again
