A Princeton and a Montgomery man were arrested on Saturday afternoon after police say they served alcohol to two minor females and then sexually assaulted them at Mountain Lakes Preserve on Mountain Avenue in Princeton. According to Princeton Police, interviews with the victims determined that each of the victims- a 16-year-old from Princeton and a 15-year-old from Cranbury was each sexually assaulted by one of the men. The men and women were known to each other. The alleged incidents happened between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 13. A car ride home took a turn for the worse Monday, September 3, according to the Hightstown Borough Police Department, who responded to a complaint of strong armed robbery and aggravated assault. Jose Quiterio, 33, reported after a night of drinking at the American Legion in East Windsor, NJ, he received a ride home from a friend and two unknown males, between 1:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. Police said the Hightstown, NJ, man reported the subjects drove him to a wooded area in the area of Springcrest Drive and Westerlea Avenue. The man was robbed of a cell phone and money, police said.
A man was assaulted and robbed Saturday in the parking lot at the Windsor Regency Apartments in East Windsor, according to police. The man was walking in the lot around 12:21 a.m. while talking on his phone when two men accosted him, police said. One man assaulted him from behind and as he was trying to flee, the assailant continued to assault him, police said. He was taken to the hospital for scrapes and a swollen eye. The robbers took cash the man dropped during the assault and his cell phone. The attacker is described as approximately a 20-year-old white male, about 180 pounds, 6-feet-1 tall with short blonde hair, and was wearing red shorts and a basketball jersey. John Xenos, 24, of Morrison Avenue, Hightstown, was charged Tuesday with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, possession of a stun gun, possession of fewer than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hightstown Police said an investigation led to a search warrant, and that the ensuing search of Xenos’ residence revealed a stun gun, trace amounts of marijuana and assorted drug paraphernalia, all of which police seized. Xenos was released on 10 percent of $15,000 bail. Thomas O. Hager, 22, of Probasco Road, East Windsor, was charged May 27 with lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.
