Molto Bene owners Peter and Val Adamo are reopening their business in downtown Cranbury Friday. Molto Bene is relocating from Hightstown after Hurricane Irene caused widespread flooding in the downtown. Click through the gallery to see what the new location will bring. Mayor Janice S. Mironov joined Laura Melchor, owner of El Rancho Restaurant, and Laura’s Uncle Rudy Martinez, the restaurant’s head chef, as they cut the ribbon for the grand opening of their new restaurant. El Rancho offers homemade Mexican and Central American food, including: pupusas (stuffed tortillas with pork or chicken, beans and cheese), garnachas (tortillas stuffed with ground beef, cabbage, tomato sauce and cheese), tacos, and many other freshly prepared foods. El Rancho makes homemade sour cream, salsa and guacamole. Uncle Rudy, the head chef, has over 17 years of experience in the restaurant business.
