NJ Turnpike Authority to Open New East Windsor 8 Toll Plaza
All traffic will head through the new toll plaza beginning Saturday, Jan. 25.
The New Jersey Turnpike Authority has informed East Windsor Township Mayor Janice S. Mironov that the new ten lane East Windsor interchange 8 toll plaza will be fully open on Saturday, Jan. 26. The relocation and opening of the new Interchange 8 toll plaza will be done in phases which began on Tuesday, Jan. 22 at midnight and will conclude on Saturday, Jan. 26 in the early morning. Signage will be erected throughout the area to assist motorists during the conversion. Starting Friday, Jan. 25, all traffic entering East Windsor through exit 8 will access the new toll plaza. The current interchange plaza, and all ramps leading up to it, will be completely closed beginning Friday and signs will be directing vehicles to the newly opened toll …
