Looking to become lifeguard certified for the summer? There is still room in the Red Cross Lifeguard Training Course with AED and CPR for students at Hightstown High School. The course is offered after school starting Feb. 12 through Feb. 28. Participants must be at least 15-years-old and must pass a prerequisite swim test to take the course. U.S. Rush Holt (D-Hopewell Township) of New Jersey's 12th Congressional District gave blood at the Red Cross of Central New Jersey in West Windsor on Tuesday and he encourages local residents to follow suit.
