What's Closed for New Year's Day in East Windsor, Hightstown, Cranbury
Today is New Year's Day. Here's what's closed.
All federal, state, and local city and town offices are closed. Most banks are closed. All postal offices are closed and mail will not be delivered. There is no household garbage curbside pick-up in East Windsor, Hightstown, or Cranbury on Christmas. Garbage will be picked up on the next regular pickup date in East Windsor and the next day in Hightstown. In Cranbury, Central Jersey Waste and Waste Management will pick up the next day, and Midco Waste will collect on the next scheduled service day. All branches of the Mercer County Library System, including Twin Rivers, Hickory Corner, and Hightstown Memorial branches, as well as the Cranbury public library, will be closed on New Year's Day.
