You Said It: A Soft-Shell Crab Recipe for Spring Parts 1-5

Welcome to "You Said It," East Windsor Patch’s recurring video feature. We pose a question and go out into the community to see what people in town have to say. This week, we asked Chef Danny Cummings of the Americana Diner in East Windsor to show us a recipe you can do yourself. All this week, we'll be posting his recipe for Maryland soft-shell crab with a fruit salsa, sweet potato hash, blood orange ginger vinaigrette and grilled multi-colored carrots.
