The whaler had no lights on.
DiGilio had the right of way.
The prosecution couldn't prove he was drunk.
The "star" witness waited until 2012 to come forward.A man died because of the operator of the whaler...a little piece of garbage barely ginger than....gasp! A buoy.

Everytime someone over 65 gets in an accident, the knee jerk reaction by Patch readers is to deman re-testing of seniors. However, when a group of drunk and/or high speeding, underage drivers cause a wreck, they btch about how they are "too young" to go to jail and take accountability for ther actions becuse it will "ruin their future".
