ReplyPersonally, I do not smoke pot but could care less who does or dosen't. It is 2013 for crying out loud. Legalize this and collect taxes. It solves 2 problems at once.

You clearly have no conception on how a construction job is put out to bid. Epic is a longstanding reputable company and they get things done on time for a reason. Should they have failed to complete on schedule they would be paying Belmar. Job well done and boardwalk will be open for business on Memorial Day. This type of bonus/peanlty clause is built into virtually all large projects.

I would be more interested in Mayor Dempsey's take on our disfunctional School Board. Seeing as the lions share of our taxes go there his opinion would be interesting.
